Not great communicators
I had the guy come out to give me a quote, and while seemed to be knowledgeable about plumbing, and even after stating that I had a lot of work I wanted done, he seemed to be checked out mentally and ready to go after only the first item I wanted to talk about. And when actually done, he promised a quote by end of day or next day after he talked with the boss..
Days and Weeks pass, and I got nothing. I think I contacted and asked by text and / or email follow ups before calling, and I got someone, and I explained the wait and all this and that, they guy did not apologize, did not seem to care. I guess about 10 hours later or so I got a quote finally, and it was asking too much.
